We are regulated by The Motor Ombudsman; set up by the motor industry to act as the self-regulatory body for the automotive sector. It’s members are committed to maintaining high standards. The Motor Ombudsman is responsible for operating three codes of practice including The Service and Repair Code.

If you remain unhappy with our final response you can contact the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. ADR offers a quicker and less costly alternative to potential legal action for consumers and businesses. The Motor Ombudsman is now approved by Government as a Consumer ADR body under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.
